CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Contract | Nights | Saturday and Sunday nights only, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 2x12-hour shifts | No on-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging for Emergency Department and inpatient populations during weekend night shifts
- Float to X-Ray as needed to support departmental coverage
- Assist with patient transport to and from the Emergency Department as required
- Communicate with off-site radiologists using secure paging systems to support timely image interpretation
- Operate within a primary stroke center environment, adhering to applicable protocols and standards
- Document and manage imaging workflows using Epic – Radiant EMR
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (R) – Radiography certification required
- ARRT (CT) – CT certification required
- BLS certification required
- South Carolina Radiology license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field; first-time travelers may be considered based on experience
- Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the relevant flagship facility to be eligible; candidates between 50–99.9 miles may be considered at a reduced rate; candidates under 50 miles are ineligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an Emergency Department or high-acuity imaging environment
- Familiarity with stroke center protocols and imaging workflows
- Experience with secure clinical communication platforms
