Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 13–18 Week Contract Options Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
• Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency requirements as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license must be in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
• Active AHA BLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Active ACLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required (co-worker references will not be accepted)
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience within a single Med/Surg Telemetry location preferred, though combined experience across locations will be considered
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and electronic medication administration systems
• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
