CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Contract | Days | 2x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | Saturday & Sunday | No call required | Holidays only if they fall on a Saturday or Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
• Conduct X-ray imaging including portable X-ray, following established protocols
• Demonstrate IV competency and perform CTA work as required
• Operate and document within Altera EMR and McKesson/Change PACS systems
• Cover CT and X-ray independently when staffing requires, ensuring continuity of patient care
• Adhere to all compliance, safety, and infection control policies including flu vaccination requirements — flu exemptions are not accepted

Required Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required
• ARRT R (Radiography) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
• Active compact or Tennessee state license required at time of submission
• Must be able to independently cover both CT and X-ray if staffing is limited
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate as travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of CT experience preferred
• Familiarity with Altera EMR and McKesson/Change PACS systems
• Experience with CTA procedures and IV competency in a clinical setting
