Contract | 14 Weeks | Days – 4x10s (variable start time) | On-call required: 8 shifts per month, including some weekends (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM) | Holidays required on a rotating basis

Key Responsibilities

• Perform OR circulator duties across orthopedics, OB/GYN (including C-sections), and general surgery cases
• Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teams to support efficient and effective patient care throughout perioperative phases
• Participate in on-call coverage, including weekend and holiday rotations as assigned
• May float to procedural areas such as pain management and interventional radiology as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas RN license required
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of OR circulator experience including orthopedics, OB/GYN (including C-sections), and general surgery
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• This is a nicotine-free facility; candidates must comply with nicotine-free policy
• Local candidates are welcome; however, local hires may be expected to convert to a permanent position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of OR circulator experience
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records is highly preferred
