Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU setting, maintaining expected nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2–4
• Participate in a self-scheduling model, including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Float between units as needed within the facility
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate (local candidates may be considered at an adjusted rate)
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must be able to commit to a block schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level III NICU experience strongly preferred, given the facility operates as a Level IV unit
• Experience in a children's hospital or pediatric trauma center environment
• Willingness to extend beyond an initial 13-week contract if desired
