Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU environment with expected patient ratios of 1:2–4
• Maintain flexibility to float between units as needed during the assignment
• Participate in a self-scheduling model, including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Adhere to block scheduling requirements as outlined by the facility
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete all required modules prior to and during orientation; module time is non-billable and factored into onboarding hours

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate (locals may be considered at an adjusted rate)
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Background must be clear; facility does not accept background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level III NICU experience strongly preferred, given the facility operates as a Level IV unit
• Experience working in a high-acuity pediatric or children's hospital setting
• Candidates open to extensions beyond the initial 13-week contract are encouraged to apply
