Contract | Rotating Shift (3x12-Hour Days or Nights) | Day: 7:00–19:30 / Night: 19:00–7:30 | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Perform and manage advanced skills including IV starts, telemetry monitoring, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz catheterization, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Work a rotating schedule including weekdays, up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period, and rotating holidays
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in Epic EMR required
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Demonstrated competency in IV starts, telemetry, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
