Cardiac Cath Lab Tech – Contract (13 Weeks)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; schedule may flex based on patient volume | On-call expected approximately 1–2 nights/week (1530–0700) and 1 weekend/month (24 hrs Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and support procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab, including right/left heart catheterizations, PCI, and complex PCI
• Participate in diagnostic and interventional peripheral vascular procedures, EKOS, PFO occluder placements, and Nitric Oxide studies
• Support EP procedures including pacemaker/ICD implants, EP ablations, Watchman implants, and EP studies
• Operate and maintain Siemens X-Ray equipment and document using GE Mac Lab recording system and Meditech EMR
• Assist with Impella and IABP placement and management during complex PCI cases
• Fulfill on-call requirements — must be within 30 minutes of the facility to meet call obligations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Complex PCI experience, including Impella placement/management and IABP placement/management
• Hands-on recording experience with GE Mac Lab EMR
• Active certification required — one of the following: RCIS, RCES, or ARRT
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to meet on-call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• EP Lab experience, including EP device placement, EP ablations, and EP studies
• Peripheral vascular intervention experience
• Flexibility with scheduling and ability to take additional call shifts
