Cardiovascular OR Technologist (CVOR)

Contract | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub for open-heart surgical cases, including cardiac bypass and valve replacement procedures
- Scrub for robotic lung cases as a primary responsibility of the CVOR team
- Participate in on-call rotation of approximately 10 days per month, including 1–2 weekend call assignments per month
- Maintain a 30-minute call response time when on call
- Scrub general OR cases as needed when not assigned to the CVOR
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience scrubbing cardiac bypass and valve replacement procedures
- Experience scrubbing robotic lung cases
- Ability to meet a 30-minute on-call response time requirement
- Willingness and ability to scrub general OR cases when CVOR coverage is not needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience on a dedicated open-heart surgical team
- Comfort and flexibility working across multiple OR service lines
