Contract | Nights (3x12, 3:00–15:00) or Days (3x12, 11:00–23:00) | On-call required on scheduled shifts if cancelled | Every other weekend required | 48-hour shifts approved

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-risk Labor & Delivery setting with expected ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 couplets
• Adapt to floating between units and sister facilities based on unit needs and candidate skill set
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
• Participate in on-call obligations on scheduled shifts when cancelled
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Must have a personal vehicle available for this assignment to accommodate potential floating requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience required
• High-risk OB experience required
• Must be able to commit to shift start times of 3:00 AM / 3:00 PM or 11:00 AM / 11:00 PM on 12-hour shifts, primarily days or primarily nights
• Must have a personal vehicle available for this assignment
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler (locals considered at a different rate)
• Background must be clear of Nursys or background check hits per facility policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated flexibility in floating between units
• Familiarity with Epic EMR charting system
• Experience in a short-term acute care hospital environment
