Contract | Monday–Friday, Midshift (10:30–19:00) | No weekends or holidays | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sterile processing functions including decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments
• Support a daily average surgical case volume of approximately 20 cases
• Handle and process Ophthalmology and ENT instruments in accordance with facility standards
• Utilize CensiTrac for instrument tracking and charting
• Float within the surgical services line to support case volume needs across the facility as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of sterile processing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• IAHCSMM/HSPA certification required
• BLS certification required
• Acute Hospital OR or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience required
• Experience with Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT) instruments required
• Experience with Ophthalmology instruments required
• Must not reside within 75 miles of the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of certified sterile processing experience preferred
• Familiarity with CensiTrac instrument tracking system
• Demonstrated flexibility to support varying surgical case volumes across care settings
