Contract | 13 Weeks | Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights, 4x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
• Work rotating day and night shifts, including 2 out of 3 winter holidays and 3 weekends per six-week schedule
• May be required to float to NICU and Acute Care Pediatrics based on staffing needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic
• Adhere to all facility policies, compliance requirements, and scope-of-practice standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license (pending license accepted; must be in hand by the Wednesday before start date)
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Epic experience required
• Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric cardiac experience
• BSN preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in a pediatric critical care setting
