Contract | Evening & Night Shifts | 8-Hour Shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM and 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays As Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in Medical/Surgical, ICU, and Emergency Department settings
• Float to various units including Med/Surg, ICU, and the Emergency Room as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort measures
• Support clinical staff with unit tasks, patient transport, and equipment management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Patient Care Technician or equivalent role
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must be currently working in a hospital setting
• Willingness and ability to float to Med/Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department units
• Availability to work every other weekend and holidays as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of experience as a Patient Care Technician
• Prior travel contract experience preferred
