Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
- Document patient information and clinical assessments using EPIC
- Float within scope of practice to other areas as needed
- Complete required orientation modules within the designated orientation week timeframe
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Active Virginia RN license or compact state license required at time of submittal
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- EPIC charting experience required — no exceptions
- 2 professional references required
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate — no radius restrictions
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN preferred
- Experience floating within scope in a hospital setting
