Contract | Travel | 12 Weeks | Days | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Monitor and document patient status, progress, and responses to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; Kansas licensure or multistate compact license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
- Familiarity with high-volume, Level I or Level II trauma environments
- Strong critical thinking and rapid clinical decision-making skills
