Registered Nurse – ICU/CCU

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care / Coronary Care Unit setting
- Manage and monitor patients on mechanical ventilators
- Perform and interpret hemodynamic monitoring
- Conduct and document ICP (Intracranial Pressure) monitoring
- Administer care in accordance with established ICU/CCU protocols and standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN License required at time of submission (conditional licenses accepted)
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of CCU/ICU critical care experience
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ventilator management in a critical care environment
- Familiarity with hemodynamic and ICP monitoring equipment and interpretation
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-acuity patient populations
