Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting during 12-hour night shifts
• Float as needed between the ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using EPIC
• Complete a telemetry competency test on the first day of assignment (pass/fail — failure may result in assignment termination)

Required Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
• Minimum of 2–5 years of ICU experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Trauma Level I facility preferred; Trauma Level II experience will be considered
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
