Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to a primarily Medical Surgical patient population, including observation patients, respiratory conditions, general medical surgical diagnoses, palliative, end-of-life, and hospice patients
• Care for psychiatric observation, diabetic (including new diabetics and those with complications), surgical, and surgical observation patients
• Utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and patient management
• Pass a compliance EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed) — required for all RNs regardless of specialty
• Float to other campuses within the health system as needed
• Complete unit-based orientation modules (non-billable, average 2–4 hours, completed during orientation)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted
• No open background check cases permitted
• Current driver's license required to verify address
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous Charge RN experience preferred
