Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 4 x 10-Hour Shifts | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Rotating Schedule Including Weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech language pathology services within an acute care and inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Perform Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) and Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across acute and inpatient rehab units as needed, including float coverage
• Participate in weekend rotations as part of a heavy weekend rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• State of Alaska fingerprinting and background check submitted through NABCS; must be in provisional or cleared status prior to assignment start
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• FEES and MBSS credentialing strongly preferred
• Experience in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with Meditech systems
• Team-oriented personality with strong collaborative communication skills
