Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate with an acceptable passing score
• Complete NIHSS certification prior to start date
• Track and submit hours worked through the designated time-keeping platform

Required Qualifications

• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active ACLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference required from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (Charge RN references accepted; co-worker references will not be accepted)
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience gained within a single facility or location (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring
• Prior travel nursing experience with compliance-driven health systems
