Contract | Travel | Days | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for an assigned caseload of 10–13 patients per shift
• Provide gait training, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic activities in an inpatient setting
• Utilize walkers, crutches, braces, and wheelchairs as appropriate to support patient mobility and rehabilitation goals
• Document all patient care accurately and efficiently using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, cohesive department environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Ability to manage a high patient volume and adapt quickly to unit workflows

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience with Meditech documentation system
• Ability to hit the floor quickly with minimal orientation and function independently
