Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends | No Call Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed Labor & Delivery unit with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
- Perform and support procedures including SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment including Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, and ultrasound
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary team members across day and night shifts
- Maintain compliance with unit attendance policies and dress code standards (navy blue scrubs required)
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and intermediate fetal monitoring (EFM)
- SVE competency and C-section circulation experience required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Internal monitor placement competency
- Experience in a high-volume Level IV Labor & Delivery unit
- Previous travel nursing experience within the same healthcare system
