Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a long-term care / skilled nursing (PACS) setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience working in a PACS, skilled nursing, or long-term care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with veteran patient populations
- Familiarity with PACS documentation and billing requirements
