Contract | Rotating Shifts | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
• Assess, treat, and monitor neonatal patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and other respiratory support equipment for neonatal patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license or certification required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Prior experience working in a NICU or neonatal care environment
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neonatal mechanical ventilation and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation
• Familiarity with neonatal resuscitation protocols
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills in a fast-paced intensive care environment
