Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents in accordance with facility policies and standards of practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health, safety, and well-being
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition, escalating concerns as appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in North Dakota or a compact state license accepted in North Dakota
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• All candidates are subject to a clinical interview prior to placement
• Ability to start within two weeks of offer or sooner

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) used in LTC environments
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills in a geriatric care setting
