Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a dual PCU/Stepdown unit, with the ability to work on either the PCU side (ratios 2–3) or the floor side (ratios typically 4, up to 5)
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and telemetry monitoring
• Manage and titrate cardiac drips as indicated by patient condition
• Provide care for patients requiring chest tube management
• Float within service line to meet facility needs as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (MO or compact license required; pending MO license submissions considered)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience
• ACLS certification required (must be obtained by compliance deadline)
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates accepted
• RTO requests must be finalized at time of submission; no more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a PCU, Stepdown, or IMC setting
• Familiarity with cardiac drip titration and hemodynamic monitoring
• Experience with chest tube management
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
