Contract | Nights | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Monday–Friday with rotating weekend call shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical cases
• Perform scrub and circulator roles for procedures including open and endovascular vascular cases, transplant surgeries (liver, kidney, pancreas), and pancreatic procedures
• Adapt to rotating shift start times as determined by unit needs
• Participate in weekend call shifts per unit call policy (3–4 weekday and 1–2 weekend call shifts per 6-week schedule, subject to unit needs)
• Float within the surgical service line as needed to meet facility demands
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (MO or compact license required; pending MO license considered at time of submittal)
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience; candidates with 1 year of experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility may be considered
• Demonstrated scrub and circulator experience in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to start
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted)
• Ability to fulfill all contract terms in full; mid-contract cancellations are not permitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience in a short-term acute care, teaching, or Level 1 Trauma facility
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
