Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Third Weekend | Every Third Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents across a wide range of diagnoses in a 128-bed skilled nursing facility
• Manage a resident assignment in accordance with facility staffing ratios
• Document and maintain accurate resident records using PointClickCare (PCC) EMR
• Complete facility-specific orientation pathway in collaboration with on-site staff
• Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation schedules as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of North Dakota or a compact state
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar long-term care EMR systems
• Experience managing diverse patient diagnoses in a high-census SNF environment
• IV Certification (IV-C) preferred
