Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including evaluations, consultations, and treatments
- Perform individualized patient evaluations to assess physical function and mobility
- Design and implement goal-directed, customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Monitor and document patient progress toward maximum physical performance
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Experience developing individualized, goal-directed plans of care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient or multi-setting therapy environment
- Strong communication and patient education skills
