Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (32 hours expected during holiday weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Complete all required facility-specific documentation and credentialing steps prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract QA requirements before assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Strong documentation skills and ability to adapt to facility-specific EMR or reporting systems
