Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start, but permanent Massachusetts licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility workflows and protocols
