Contract | Days, 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU with expected ratios of 1:1–2
• Float to Med-Surg unit as needed, with expected ratios of 1:4–5
• Utilize Epic for all clinical documentation and charting
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• May be expected to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location based on staffing needs
• Must have a personal vehicle available for this assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• No call-ins or background/Nursys hits accepted
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals considered under separate terms)
• All requested time off and scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience, including first-time travelers welcome
• Experience in a Critical Access or Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Flexibility to float between units and adapt to varying patient populations
