Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting during night shift hours
• Expected to work 36- or 48-hour weeks based on scheduling needs
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 winter holidays as required
• Expected to work 3 weekends per six-week schedule
• May be required to float to NICU and Acute Care Pediatrics based on staffing needs
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system as part of daily clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license or Virginia RN license pending (must be in hand by the Wednesday before start date)
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Epic experience required
• Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Candidates must not have exceeded 365 total assignment days at this facility; those who have are not eligible to return regardless of time away

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric cardiac experience is a plus
• BSN preferred
