Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Perform follow-up visits, including double-booking when necessary, to ensure timely patient care.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and management to ensure quality patient outcomes and compliance with treatment protocols.
• Float and provide coverage to other clinics within the region as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work full-time on day shifts, with an 8-hour workday.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a flexible environment and float between clinics.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently.
