Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic protocol
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and adhere to approved scheduling and overtime guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina or ability to obtain prior to start
• Prior experience as a practicing Physical Therapist (new graduates not accepted)
• Previous travel therapy experience required
• Ability to meet high-volume productivity standards in an outpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with double-booking and high-volume clinic workflows
