Key Responsibilities
- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and goals
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- Ability to work day shift in an onsite clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) documentation software
