Social Worker – Therapist

Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide social work and therapy services to patients in an acute or clinical setting
• Float within the contracted facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and charting
• Maintain availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
• Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Social Work or Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum required years of experience as specified for submission eligibility
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Willingness to float between sister facilities within the region
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years
• Must meet travel compliance requirements including SSN, DOB, and RTO at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract assignment experience in a social services or clinical setting
• Familiarity with acute care or hospital-based social work environments
