Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days/Evenings | 3x12-hour shifts weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned laboratory analyses and report results in accordance with departmental procedures and applicable regulations
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
• Maintain laboratory equipment according to established instructions and schedules
• Correlate laboratory results with clinical findings through chart review and consultation with nursing and medical staff
• Perform receptionist and phlebotomist tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care

Required Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) through ASCP or equivalent credentialing body
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control practices, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and front-desk receptionist duties

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records and laboratory information systems
