Contract | Part-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 20 Hours per Week (Two 8-Hour Shifts and One 4-Hour Shift – Flexible Scheduling)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Manage a daily patient load of approximately 5–9 patients
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Active SC SLP license or pending license (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Current BLS certification required
• Must reside outside a 55-mile local radius
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial application; time-off requests made after submission will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
