• Full-time, Days, 8-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
• Manage a daily patient load of 5-9 individuals.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to facility policies, including attendance and shift requirements.
• Work flexibly across shifts as needed, with potential for orientation and testing upon start.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as an SLP in South Carolina or pending license accepted.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; 2 years preferred.
• Recent EPIC electronic medical record experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass required orientation tests, including Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation tests.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in SNF or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric and adult populations.
• Flexible and adaptable to client needs and schedule.
