- Full-time, Night shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor and assess patient vitals and respond to changes effectively.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as Altera Sunrise or similar platforms.
