Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and adjust techniques as appropriate based on patient progress
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout the course of treatment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required
• Permanent state licensure required; compact licensure alone is not sufficient for this position
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy clinic environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
