Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their daily functioning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital environments.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
