• Full-time, Days, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients
• Float between clinics and assist with coverage as needed
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients daily
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care
• Ensure productivity standards of 60 visits per week are met

Required Qualifications

• Applicable state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work in a flexible environment with float responsibilities
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, including occasional overtime (approval required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience
• Ability to adapt to different clinic settings and patient populations
