Contract | Full-Time | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 36-bed ICU encompassing Neuro, Cardiac, and Medical-Surgical ICU units
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 or up to 1:3 depending on patient acuity
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to other units as needed and fulfill weekend and holiday requirements as assigned
• Participate in orientation sessions held on Wednesdays and Thursdays

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois (IL) Registered Nurse License (verification required)
• BLS certification (current)
• ACLS certification (current)
• NIHSS certification (current)
• Minimum 2 years of strong ICU experience
• Proficiency in EPIC charting
• Updated resume, completed Skills Checklist (within 12 months), and 1 professional reference (within 12 months) required for submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Neuro ICU or Cardiac ICU settings
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations in a large ICU environment
