Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (11:00–23:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a circulating RN in a high-volume operating room environment serving specialties including General, Plastics, GYN, ENT, Trauma, Neuro, Ortho, GU, Colorectal, and Robotics
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across applicable surgical service areas, excluding CV and Transplant
• Participate in on-call shifts as required (approximately 6 call shifts per 6-week period)
• Work within a fast-paced, Level I Trauma acute care setting supporting 21 OR rooms with an average daily census of 70–80
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Fulfill holiday requirements, including working 2 out of 3 major holidays per contract

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years in a Level I Trauma setting (candidates with a minimum of 1 year of Level I Trauma experience may be considered)
• Active, in-hand Indiana RN license prior to start date (no pending licenses accepted at time of submission)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, must be in hand at time of submission
• Circulating experience required
• Nursing degree from a program accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduation
• Must be well-rounded across most surgical specialties (CV and Transplant excluded)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience preferred in addition to circulating
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
