Cath Lab Tech – Cardiovascular Services (Contract)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Day Shift, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in a full range of cardiac catheterization lab procedures including Cath, PCI, EP (a-fib), Watchman, TAVR, INARI, and device implantation (PPM, ICD, etc.)
- Operate and monitor Cath Lab equipment across 3 operating rooms, 2 of which are EP-compatible
- Collaborate with a team of RNs and CV Techs (typically 2 RNs and 2 CV Techs per case) to deliver high-quality patient care
- Document patient information and procedures accurately using Meditech EMR
- Participate in on-call rotation, including weekend emergent cases, distributed evenly among staff
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Ability and willingness to participate in on-call assignments
Preferred Experience / Skills
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification
- Cardiovascular Nurse certification
- Experience with structural heart procedures such as TAVR, Watchman, or Impella support
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
