Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Document patient progress, treatment notes, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Dakota or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with PACS (Patient Care Software) or similar electronic documentation systems
