Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Flexibility required to meet unit staffing needs; no block schedule offered; weekends and holidays required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC/PCU setting with a patient population of adults (18+) presenting with cardiac and respiratory conditions
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4
• Administer and monitor intravenous therapy and other treatments as ordered
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the electronic medical record system
• Float to Medical/Surgical and Emergency Room units as needed to support staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a valid Compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Stepdown/IMC/PCU nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred
• Background working with cardiac and respiratory patient populations
• Comfort floating to Medical/Surgical and Emergency Room environments
