Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology / Cardiac Device Clinic

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No on-call, no weekend requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the technical aspects of implanted cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders
• Monitor and follow cardiac patients with implanted devices in an outpatient clinic setting
• Apply knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology in daily patient care
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) system to document patient interactions and clinical findings
• Provide technical support and clinical assessment for an adult patient population (ages 18+)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pacemaker/ICD Technician program certification or equivalent hands-on job experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR within the last 2 years
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) certification
• Certified Device Rhythm Management Specialist (CDRMS) certification
• Prior experience in an outpatient cardiac device or electrophysiology clinic setting
