Contract | 13–25 Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting across assigned shifts
• Float to areas within acuity level as needed
• Participate in every-other holiday and every-third-weekend rotation
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Provide timely handoff communication to charge or oncoming nurse, including outstanding tasks not readily visible in the EMR
• Engage charge nurses and nurse management to address emergent situations and ensure smooth shift transitions

Required Qualifications

• Active Delaware RN license or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience required; no exceptions
• Recent Epic EMR experience required
• All required certifications must be current and provided at time of submission
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to local contract terms

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in high-acuity emergency department environments
• Familiarity with rapid assessment and triage protocols
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration during shift transitions
